We’re sad to say Poppy passed away, and has joined her brother Olly on the moon. 

Poppy battled so much in her life and fought back against the impossible countless times. The Post Pals team has had a saying for years that when someone is given a bleak prognosis, we say, “Let’s hope they can do a Poppy,” but her second multi-visceral transplant was just too much. She endured so much these past 11 weeks and kept fighting.

Poppy has never failed to make us all smile with her personality, take on things, and chitter chatter over the past 14 years.
