Jakub is currently one of our TLC pals. He has been a real star with undergoing all of his gruelling treatment which he has faced this year. In August, Jakub received a five organ transplant and Post Pals wanted to send Jakub a special parcel full of lots of little presents to cheer him up. The Extra Smiles Team did not have to think too hard about what they could put together to make Jakub smile as he is a MASSIVE minions fan!! So a special shopping trip was carried out by our Extra Smiles Team to find minion themed gifts for Jakub. Below is a picture of Jakub’s personalised minion themed parcel. This special treat is a fine example of what Post Pals are able to achieve with donated funds. Thank you so much to all the people that support Post Pals.
