Post Pals has sent out special fairy plaques, along with a feelings journal and conversation cards, to some families, and Worry Monsters that gobble up worries to others.
Lots of the children we support understandably suffer with anxiety, and we hope these gifts will help them. Many years ago, we ran a similar project and received very positive feedback.
