“Anna-Mae gets such enormous pleasure from receiving mail from all around the world; it’s difficult to put into words. She see’s the people that sends mail as her friends, and because of this her confidence has grown. It has even opened a door for making friends at school, as she takes her mail into school to show her class so making an opening to talk about herself and her problems in a very positive way.
